Thank you all for your input!

I've been listening to a lot of the podcast episodes and have been doing some reading as well.I'm very happy to get general input and advice, but I also have a few specific questions.- I've read about A, B, C, and D class properties. 

Because those simply demand a significant level of labor inputs that makes it very hard to effect the efficiency model we invented. 

Obviously, the at least 42 input variables can be adjusted to your own risk tolerance, but this is far easier/quicker than to re-create the entire input.You can find the link on my profile page.

Was the reason due to input errors or general methodology used?
