I think many people would agree with me that spending $15 on a valuable book can have nearly infinite returns to one's future.

On the whole TC makes my life INFINITELY easier than it used to be hand collecting rent or processing paper checks at the bank. 

I believe it is more work than a rehab but with a rehab I can brrrr and potentially achieve infinite return

But if Pizza  Hut allows another 100 franchisees in the market, you’re probably toast.It doesn’t matter how many million visit per year; at some point there isn’t demand to keep an infinite number of Pizza Huts busy.I suspect there was a thought that the area could support an infinite number of cabins.

Infinite return.I have systems in place and people to deal with issues. 

And I’ve used both my 401k and Roth to create infinite returns and generational wealth with real estate in the 9 years I’ve been investing.

Especially since it’s really an infinite year loan that’s 100% forgiven upon your death  like a $2.5M gift.
