@Bob Asad I like the individual sub account method escrow account, but there are multiple different ways to hold security deposits and multiple laws in different states.

I don't understand if I count since I'm living in the property or if it's only the tenants that count towards the limit of individuals that are unrelated living together.

Also SOP for such is individual property owners will, individually, address total site cleanup in concert with there insurance providers.
