Does anyone have a document that breaks down a deal from start to finish, including potential tax incentives?  

Or is it any defendant named in the lawsuit, including judgment holders?

Never built in Houston before so take my feedback with a grain of salt but I'd put money on it being impossible to build a duplex from scratch for $125 a foot (including everything from drawings, engineering, permit fees, general conditions, labor, material, landscaping).Out here in AZ the builder cost is going to be $200 a foot at best, but add 20% on top of that for the client cost.

I’m not sure you would want to include this in the letter, that is where you would defer to your attorney, but you might inform the “victims” that if there is a problem they need to contact the police.

This deal included a a older home and a mobile home each with a separate septic tank and county water.

I’ve had the chance to work on some exciting projects, including flips that sold quickly and even set some neighborhood records.

There are many other options as well including some that are included in property management software products.
