At Wells talk to the business development officer.A local credit union offered me a commercial credit line on an LLC.

Once you get this information to them you will also be required to do a zoom call and walk around showing them some of this info - the office, any signage, and locks on doors.

Our normal lending partners won't lend to these types of deals so I'd love to know if there is anyone here who has a line on lenders who do.  

When you have a duplex and tenants on both sides stay for ten years, it almost guarantees that something isn't right.I would study your market and determine the value of your rental, because I bet you are losing money every month.
