What if the basement currently has a sump pump and humidifier but it is still very damp?

Hi everyone,  Do you have a good humidifier you can recommend for a wet basement? 

The humidifier should have a built in humidistat, which will turn the unit on and off when the humidity changes.

My first thought was a room humidifier.
