The point is- if we have the means and the kids are humble and worthy, gifting a bit at their big younger milestones will have a 20x-40x+ the impact vs a pile in their 60s.  

In my not so humble opinion if the managing company will not disclose how much kickback money they get from a vendor you need to report them to the licensing authority, and demand every penny back from money they did not disclose. 

I was considering trying the Real Estate Mogul course, which is cheap compared to anything else out there and and a very humble price.

Stay humble and work your tail off at your job so you can turn that 110K into 130, then 160, then 200 ASAP.
