As for the lucky guy or gal willing to fund a handful of these such projects, handsome passive and or residual instant income await.

He's a handsome guy, but it's tough to see.  

This option doesn't give you the opportunity to learn as an investor, and you are giving someone else the opportunity to make a handsome profit for saving three or four weeks of work and figuring out the capital side of the business. 

We get paid handsomely to solve problems.

I paid (a handsome sum) for my education and, though it was great, it missed some tactical points that I needed to actually make this business work.  

BP has been a great source of inspiration and knowledge to me and if you get really plugged in, I think you will find it pays back handsomely. 

They apparently were not worth saving and had reached the end of their useful life (the ultimate depreciation) and actually were some expense to dispose of....meanwhile, all the single family homes and multiplexes have appreciated handsomely and still generate rents....

What do you plan to do with this apartment complex to force value and increase rents so that if you want to sell it off in five years you can do so at a handsome profit.
