You could put grip strips on it. 

The expansion/contraction of the pieces was not an issue & the edge/grip integrity due to the weather extremes proved to be excellent & did not buckle to contract.

Spend some time reading on the Desert Sun site until you have a good grip on what has happened and what may happen.

What I have found is the national guys often don't have a good grip on local practices. 

If the thread is about timing the market as opposed to just getting in and staying in, then that is totally personal based on time horizons etc.Being in the trenches and attempting to make a purchase now is uncomfortable at best, and I have come to grips with the fact that I will have to pay more than I "should" to get invested.

I’m looking to get involved in the Chicago market once I get a grip on this whole thing a little closer to me, maybe we’ll cross paths in a few years!
