yeah that's pretty greasy.  

I ask because I lean towards QSRs --  I like that Amazon and drones - just can't produce cheeseburgers.  

Hi Adrian,Well, lets say you owned one of those old flintlock rifles, and you went out in your backyard and tossed a yellow wrapped McDonald's Cheeseburger on the ground and started shooting at it.Then after a couple of shots, this dark sulpher smelling liquid started bubbling up (That would be Crude Oil--what they make gasoline out of).Crude Oil is a mineral (along with Diamonds, and Rubys, etc...)If you owned the mineral rights, you might become instantly rich, and your relatives might recommend that you move to California...possibly to Beverly Hills.

Turns are expensive.Some of these blue collar mechanic types (greasy work boot types) are going to track up the carpets with filth.Good Luck!

From the time I was in diapers I was greasy.

What is the harm of painting over a thin layer of non-greasy gunk during every apartment turnover?

I put my old nut hugger Levi’s on with a greasy old shirt and go right up on the porch and sit with them when I collect rent while they sit around and smoke .

He also put a greasy engine on a gray carpet,  and turned off the A/C in August in Houston,  causing some damage in a bathroom.
