Call a septic company and they will come with their truck, dig down so they can pop the top off, pump it out, and inspect it for you.If you've had contractors in the house, I wouldn't be surprised that things that shouldn't have been flushed were flushed.

I was invested in multi-family, but like ss much better because it's just steel and concrete...the tenants can't damage it and no one ever calls me at 6am complaining that their child flushed a toy down the toilet like you get in multi-family.

One of the toilets is likely cracked near its base (it leaked “clean” water when flushed) so we were going to replace it… that and the whole house needs some cleaning (we are already spending 10k of our own escrow to clean the place and move items out.

This is the simplest method, but it also means your tenants are more likely to abuse the utilities by leaving windows open with the heat or A/C running, leaving lights on, ignoring the toilet that constantly flushes on its own, etc.3.

And people would still take a dump with no way to flush their logs.😱  So we had to start taping the commode lids shut with clear tape and putting a sign on the commode that the water was off so please don’t use.

Lot of agents and investors will be flushed out...which IMO is a good thing. 

The pipes work for a long time, and there are a lot of tricks you can learn to flush faucets and keep things working for a while. 

I had the property manager to issue notice to tenants to stop flushing down baby wipes!

Keeps guests from flushing stuff down there that ain't TP!

Don't make the assumption on funds with tax season over they may be more flush than you haha!
