My piece of advice would be to try to take advantage of as much free education as possible with podcasts, forums like these, YouTube, and other real estate investors.

It is the most popular software in the industry, and most Tax Preparers are familiar with it, which makes tax season easier.However, many on the forums will advise against QBO.

An absolutely amazing forum that has an answer for any question you could ever ask... search the forum or ask.
