They removed the background, whitened the teeth and evened out the skin tones (on my HUGE forehead).I also used fiverr to have a 3D box image made for an information product I wrote (not related to real estate).I also have a couple of fiverr people saved for future book cover design and facebook cover photo designs for Facebook business pages.

But other times I was serviced by the dreaded stupid and lazy underwriter and had to send the same paper over and over and over, until I wanted to just tattoo it on their forehead!

The Home Invasion Couple from Hell - even though I have made it very clear that if you smoke, you should not book my room, guests do it making for a very awkward and uncomfortable situation, as they attempt to hide their smoking throughout their stay up to and including smoking by an open window while the room air conditioner is running.This couple also left beer cans throughout my home, presumably when they finished chugging them and crushing the cans on their foreheads.

I do want to say that I'm not against most tattoo's, and I try not to judge on tattoo's, but if a tenant has "MOM" tattoo'ed on his forehead...

I have read a lot of threads on this forum before and after I posted the original topic but nothing really seems to answer my specific question (possibly I am not good at searching).I see the letters "JV" posted on a lot threads but frankly I don't know what that stands for (when someone tells me I am sure it is going to be a slap on the forehead moment).

First of all, they already paid their debt to society and unless they have a big red F tattooed on their forehead, I'm not sure why landlords have an apprehension against them.

Yep, I'm aware it's a gamble (as a bead of sweat drips down my forehead) but I do have some reserves, I'm still doing a little consulting for my old company, and I have a very supportive gf (who btw is from Chicago).
