Trying to follow Josh's advice on intros. How did I do...?!

Hello everyone,

I'm Mike Dmuchoski and I just drove cross-country from North NJ to move to the Phoenix, AZ area. I'm leaving 10 years of corporate experience where I worked for a chemical company to follow my passion for real estate investing. I have backgrounds in engineering, finance, and marketing that I believe will help offset my limited experience in REI.

I want to rehab houses to either flip or rent (landlording). Renovating my own home (mostly with my 2 hands!) got me into real estate but I hesitated to pull the trigger on investing. So now I'm taking the plunge and going to develop a business, not just work it on the side. BP podcasts have been a great asset to help build knowledge and confidence.

I look forward to networking with you and can't wait to get going.

Best, Mike
