What's your biggest fear about leaving your market?

I've asked for others opinions and their fears are it won't look consistent to the renter and accountants.

At this point, we were literally scared and feared that if ABC Baltimore refused to buy back the house and then we would have to go through a long and expensive legal process.

My fear is that they might be more focused on the marketing aspects of finding investors through educating the average investor.

For the past year, listening to podcasts, doing research, and debating when the right time to start this journey, we have decided to get over the fears and just focus on the analysis and dive right in.

But I fear the consequences of my learning curve. 

Before you spend any more energy or resources on this endeavor explain the precise fear that has you wanting to transfer this property to an LLC.

In Chicago or San Antonio, it’s a similar hustle... you build the right relationships with smaller property managers who know local investor groups, and suddenly you’re the guy who can feed them deals they never thought they’d find on BiggerPockets alone.As for the fear of getting stuck with a contract, it happens less often when you’ve done your homework on the numbers and aren’t overselling some mediocre deal.

I do fear your cost may be higher than you predict and may result in a property tax increase.good luck
