I used to use Excel, but it just didn't scale well and I couldn't export PDF reports.Hope this helps!

If you really want to move it to Excel so you can sort, etc, then you can probably export the data from the PDF but I don't think it will be nicely formatted for you.

I'm not sure about the exporting feature to TT, but I do know that with a QB account, you could potentially set it up in a way in which the your chart of accounts corresponds to the various field on your tax return.

Another option i would love to figure out how to export correctly is Google Maps Timeline, its extremely accurate.. i was comparing the data to my week of trying out MileIQ and it said i drove 22.6miles less in MileIQ for the week letting it log all my trips automatic compared to google timeline and google timeline is already running in the background if you have google maps activated with your gps setting turned on.. so it would be one less app to worry about draining battery on my phone.. gonna have to look into this more and see how hard it is to export the timeline to an actual spreadsheet...

So I have to export the data an email it to myself.

The export would have all the usual fields but the key details I need are City, Zip and Listing agent contact details exported as a CSV or Excel file.  

You are able to purchase a list and actually export it into an Excel or CSV formatted list.
