The ideal way would be to know a person who knows someone in an entire ecosystem.

I'm looking for introductions to investor-friendly agents, property management companies, hard money lenders, and others in this ecosystem to do outreach and get connected.

What I find most intriguing about these programs is the "ecosystem" they have created. 

Amazon is where America shops and they now incentivize every single customer to BEGIN their RE transaction in Amazon's ecosystem (people love free junk).

So letting others know what you offer, what you are specifically looking for, and where will really help others know how they may fit in your ecosystem of investing. 

Institutional property management ecosystem includes at least 2 employees on-site, the manager in the office and a maintenance supervisor.

This keeps those high paying salaries in the south bay ecosystem which keeps property values high, property taxes for good schools, and income for local shops.

Ideally, you figure out how to manage the house well and can screen tenants not only for the ability to pay, but the ability to fit into the eco-system of the community you've built.I'm looking to expand this strategy further as I think the returns are insanely high and worth the management.
