Hey @Camille Romero - fellow NY'r here that started investing a few years ago, I was in your same shoes when I first started after working in tech/software and having a nice nest egg built up. 

Selling would likely mean taking on new loans at much higher rates, reducing your cash flow margin unless the new properties are stellar performers.Transaction Costs and Taxes: Selling could trigger capital gains taxes (depending on exemptions) and other selling costs, eating into your net proceeds.

Some of our clients in MN have several properties and live in another country, so it is possible.On the investment side, the deferred maintenance (roof, flooring) will eat away at your equity/appreciation; but, you have a property that cash flows.

Being listed on multiple OTA allows users that use alternate OTAs to see your STR and could provide a higher ADR even if you end up lower ranked of the OTAs.Basically it comes down to having all your eggs in a single basket and is too risky for my liking.i am one of those STR owners that corrects anyone that refers to my STR or STR business as an AirBnB.  

So additionally, that there's only 30 days to close and it eats up time for an inspector to schedule time to come.Do you allow inspections of your contracts?

Yeah, you lost money on your investment, but you're not risking our first responders for your views and retirement nest egg.

Normally buy eggs but they are too high right now with bird flu.  

So you have to weight risk to reward.. and sometimes we have to eat one that we bought it happens..
