What if the market goes downhill while you still holding the property?

Hi Everyone,Long story short, I have a property that is on a downhill slump right now.

An ejection pump is usually an option if you are downhill from the sewer.  

Near a university but on the edge where the neighborhood starts going downhill. 

The Speaker did a Good Job but then once he talked about the cost & fees & stuff saying people can pay $197 to stay & continue getting educated it went down hill, then started showing interior  decorating of a kitchen that was remodeled & i just was like "wow lol". 

Fast forward to today, he is "looking" for other job opportunities with better pay, he had someone staying with him part-time that he "forgot" to mention to me, and in general the communication has gone downhill.  

I’m on the down hill side now... it’s taken a couple of years of hard work and determination, as well as paying some high interest rates to get back.

Over the long haul, as a landlord, you are going to want an attorney on your team anyways in the event things go down hill.

All the foreclosures in these complexes are causing a shortage of hoa dues, leading to the complex going down hill: Termite damage left unrepaired, giant potholes, wood damage, squatters.
