Don't use a pool cover as they're all garbage, they destroy your equipment when they disintegrate, and are a pain to take off and put on. 

Orangeburg disintegrates in place.

List things like flooring type (tile, laminate, vinyl, carpet) and cabinet quality (made from plywood or made from fiberboard that disintegrates with any water exposure).Second, unless you are going to pay for their time to do so, don't request they provide itemized price lists as some have suggested.
