Maybe not like the great financial crisis but definitely seeing some cracks.

What we need is for people to stop being fed the giant lie that there is a "housing crisis".

With Denver facing an affordable housing crisis, this change falls under the category of "Duh, about time." 

Maturity laddering is one of the key metrics the public REITs are held to, and when looking at the financial crisis, whether it be the automakers needing a bail out or the real estate operators that did, or almost, went under, it came down to not having major debt loads mature all at the same time.  

I have served across the U.S. and overseas, developing expertise in strategic mission planning, operational leadership, crisis management and strengthening global partnerships.I am now eager to meet and collab orate with business professionals to start building my real estate portfolio.

Maybe this is just a mid-life crisis....help, advise needed please!!!

Affordability is at crisis level in many States, while it is still acceptable in others, mostly the Midwest markets.

Hi Melissa,Thank you for the very practical advice and your insights.We have hosted providers, lawyers, grad students, nurses and one diplomat who stays in one of our 3 bedroom has the embassy paying for the house and she has renewed the past 3 years.I can see the bigger homes for corporate housing except for the one bedroom, one bath condo downtown near the hospital.i really appreciate you insights!

America legit has a housing crisis right now, and specifically the affordable housing market.

Still at an affordability crisis, still on the verge of unemployment picking up, still on the verge of inflation superseding wage growth again.
