I can understand that if we talk about the UPB being at PAR a portfolio may be viewed as to its WAR, WAC and WAM, some may not follow. 

Just stipulate that the purchase price shall be adjusted to the actual loan payoff amount if lower than the purchase price indicated in para. 3 of the contract.
