I don't see that option either and I'm on a desktop and a paid member. 

Quickbooks desktop version allows as many companies as you want (or if there is a limit, it's more than enough).

In QuickBooks Desktop Version 2018 there is a button that you can click on that says Bounced Check and it will automatically back out the transaction.

To be honest though desktops typically work better for video editing if you're going to do a lot of it, bigger screens + faster.
