I love the curation of the community and content!

I'd like to get your input on the headlines I've curated from your thoughts as well as the OPPORTUNITIES that lie ahead (I'm a smiley optimist at heart):The biggest headline I see is DO NOT BUY (right now): I hate making blanket generalizations, however it seems foolish to think otherwise.

The biggest problems is the lack of curated data sets.

I spent a few hours curating a list of resources for tenants to leverage in times of financial distress with a focus on the current COVID-19 crisis and wanted to share the results so others can utilize when crafting their landlord-tenant communications. 

The reality is that when a consumer sees 50 reviews that are all 5-star, it looks fake and curated, so as long as you've got a bunch of great ones next to the few negative ones, it will look more authentic. 

@Andrew Hyder at the most fundamental level, make sure to curate a niche lead list.

There's an abundance of people on here like @Guifre Mora who know how to curate loans for this strategy. 

It makes it easy for me to pick which ones I am interested to add to my playlist!

Create a playlist with the podcasts you want and that will fit on a disk and then burn that playlist to a CD in iTunes.
