What is your best recomendation to take advantage of all posible loans?

@John Wright yeah the fact that I live the fastest growing metroplex (with no signs of stopping) makes me lean towards just getting as many as fast posible.

My thoughts are three posibilities: 1 roots in the system (doubtful if the blockage is under the slab and the tenant thought the camera work put the blockage under the slab in the wash room. 2.

one person, a nervous posible investor, could not have raised this cluster F.did i mention i was due 10-10-06............40kThis investigation better have went by the book..........hang on,MY HEART AND CHEST SEEM TO BE CONSTRICTING......

It's really best to work the market you are in if that is posible. 

It would help me out tramendously when we looked id only have to hit like 5 percent down instead my think is that this will cashflow nomatter what so if i can put as little in this as posible the more for other investments
