@George Torres From the little I know that Rams thing is not just Rams, it also includes NFL, Espn offices/studios, major sports brands, other media outlets, perhaps 2nd team, year round events, concerts, etc...the dude just spent another couple hundred million in the Valley too. 

The owner of the home charges somewhere between $4,000 and $8,000 each game, and can also charge for concerts and other events at the stadium.

Simply substituting one fuel type for another without a corresponding concerted effort to use energy vastly more efficiently is little more than a slight of hand.

A change in control is defined as a change of 10 percent or more in ownership of a company, or the ability of a person or group acting in concert to elect a majority of the directors of the corporation.

What's great is besides those major attractions, the Stadium and Ballpark host other big events (which translates to higher nightly rates and more income for me) like most recently the Country Music Awards, NCAA Bowl Games, Beyonce/JayZ concert. 

Concerts, parties, etc..

They also need to work in concert with the expeditor so it stays on track. 

The local ski resort here recently posted that they were canceling the summer concert series because they couldn't find workers "even though we're offering great wages and a sign-on bonus". 

Many guests would stay there then travel to Arlington to go to a concert or the amusement park as well as check out Dallas.

There are other items as well, but those 4 are the most commonly negotiated and they tend to work in concert with each other.
