They has NO idea how to underwrite a commercial mortgage loan.

I believe commercial loan would expect 25-30%.

Moved those vehicles and put these in place.

Thankfully we are commercial bank clients so our rates are as low as you can get in the market place for anyone who is not Lennar or DR horton or those types.

That is a type of commercial insurance and not a simple homeowners policy.Regarding the little things, yes that is what AirCover is for.

Generally - the depreciation on the structure, mortgage interest, property taxes, repairs & maintenance, insurance, property manager, utilities, vehicle expenses (mileage), professional fees (reports/CPA), home office (office supplies, percentage of utilities, continuing education).
