I feel like I went to a comedy show instead of a seminar.

Exercising with a friend makes my workouts not feel like chore but comedy session.  

For example: Before closing, the new owners didn’t tell the previous owners they were sending an inspector—so that was a comedy of errors with the crew wondering if they were in the wrong backyard and us/old PM wondering if we needed to call the cops.Our rent is $2,450.

Our new location is Mesquite St. pizza and comedy club on the southside.

About 30 min into this comedy show I stopped and said to myself “self!

You should try stand-up comedy if you're able to keep a straight face with such request^^^What are you planning to do?

After the first month, they pretty much stopped paying and the tragi-comedy ensued.

(picture Alec Baldwin saying all this with a prune-face.)All comedy aside, it is worth noting that no wall will ever be built, because it wouldn't work, and I'd like to think(hope) that Trump is not criminally insane/stupid.

I like black comedy.
