Thank God for BP, because if i didn't read the Ultimate Guide to Real Estate investing I would have been screwed. I went o Rich Dad's education seminar in miami yesterday with my aunt. For 2 hours guess how much I learn...absolutely NOTHING!!! he just kept saying he's going to show us how to do this and that and kept going off topic pumping everyone up just to sell the next event. the crazy thing is a ton of people actually fell for it and spent a ton of money. the main person we came to see wasn't even there.
