What if you are clicking away with the profit you desire and that entire market collapses?

The current measures are designed to ensure long-term stability and prevent the kind of market collapse seen in the past.

Additionally there is a drain in the garage that runs under the driveway and to the road that is backed up (or collapsed, though I dont even want to think about that as we would have to tear up the driveway to fix it), and we believe it is also causing water to run into the basement.

I just don’t see a housing and major economy collapse like a few people here claim.

The roof is collapsed and has been for at least 2-3 years which means there's damage throughout the house. 

Think Florida rule changes after the Palm Beach/Surfside collapse,  think Dallas freeze lawsuits, think about the parking garage collapse at the Renaissance. 

I had a sewer line collapse at my rental.

Its not without hassle though, that's an important distinction, tuckpointing, brick sealing, and potential wall separation/collapse are always considerations. 

I would caution against keeping it due to the fallout and regulations coming due to the Surfside condo collapse.
