So technically, there's a built in grace period, but for a chronically late paying tenant, you could post the Pay or Quit Notice on the 2nd.If the rent and late fee isn't paid by the final day of the Pay or Quit, the eviction is filed.

IE labor force... things might adjust a little.we are at 5% unemployment basically and those that don't work don't want to .. and or like Detroit you have a 40% of the male population that is chronic unemployed.so who is going to do all these new jobs ???
