I have 1 property with tenants that are chronically late and keep getting later dragging into the next month.  

He was chronically late with rent but always paid eventually. 

IE labor force... things might adjust a little.we are at 5% unemployment basically and those that don't work don't want to .. and or like Detroit you have a 40% of the male population that is chronic unemployed.so who is going to do all these new jobs ???
