These tenants are so nice and so integral, they are grandparents raising grandkids, they have nowhere else to go but because of business they will be hurt by being forced out of the home they love and cherish because people got greedy and jacked up prices all over the USA in a disgusting housing market that our general labor force can no longer afford. 

I drive a very old ugly gem of a car, I live in a terrible neighborhood and I absolutely adore, cherish and love this house because it's a roof over our heads and I know that I can always afford the rent and for now that's ALL that matters.It may always be that way for me and if so, then so be it, that's the cross I bear with tears of joy because there are so so so many with far far less.  

I know I had clients that were such.Three  weather is some of the finest in the worldso when you take supply side   HUGE wages and marry those you has escalation in prices..Now I grew up in Cupertino my parents paid 32k for their home in 1969... you probably paid the same amount or there abouts for the same type of home all over america... well today its north of 2 million.. that same home in most other parts of America is no where near that.. some other high priced markets it might hit 1 million for 2,400 sq ft 3 and 2 on 6k sq ft lot.. in other parts of America it might only sell for 50 bucks a foot.So growing up when they hit 100k we thought NO WAY NO how could they go any higher  LOL.when you talk other parts of the country the same demographics , geographics and job situation just is not the same.then you throw in all the Asian buyers, all the Buyers from India  and those folks Cherish real estate like no others.

We absolutely LOVE that house and would cherish the opportunity to live there and own that home!

Cherish, that would be the right way to do it.

Most cherished is the time we spend together, even if it's just watching reruns of "Frasier" or cooking a meal together.This morning, I woke up with a lyric in my head which came to me in a dream.

My good friend got a chunk of her face bit off, by a pit bull--  it was her friend's dog (both college educated paralegals who love animals), her friend adored and cherished that dog... my friend had to have plastic surgery and couldn't even go in the sun for 6 months!
