We just updated you on 12/21/2022 that your project is at tie beam inspections and provided you with the photo of your property to show the progress. 

I would look at other people's STR photos for ideas or consult a designer.We bought stuff from Lazyboy and they had a designer on staff to help us pick out stuff.

Typically people charging for that service are doing it because they need the money...if you catch my drift. 

This is a good way to see old photos, bedroom accounts, utilities, etc.. they may also be able to help u check if it's in a flood zone.
