They do whatever they feel like and they are not scared of being arrested or getting caught.

This is just another version of the scammers that call you and say the IRS is after you, or your about to be arrested or any other number of scams.

You can be arrested or shot for trespassing at the property, if the auction hasn't happened.

And if you dont actually do that, as @Matthew Paul said, the Baltimore States Attorney was just arrested and convicted of mortgage fraud for not meeting occupancy requirements of a loan for a property on a short term rental.

It didn't have to be the tenant and they didn't have to be convicted only arrested.

I am going to have a tarp to cover the trash in dumpster so that I can arrest the smell not to get to the neighbors.  

People who are here legally have to tread carefully because they can be deported if arrested, so illegals that have any sense keep their head down and don't do anything that will bring them into the court system.Jennifer T. 

I don't live in Texas, but I went last month to check my property and found some of her mail where there were other outstanding bills and even an arrest warrant ( for not paying tickets I guess).
