Some days I feel confident and then other days I'm worried about a ton of things like (what if I get ripped off).

There are not a ton of triplex or 4 plex properties available but the best one is a 6 unit, 3 building property at 1.9m in Steilacoom.

Not alot of confidence in any existing rentals as consistent indciators but I feel like so many homes are 1/2 rentals and don't tell the whole story.Anyone have any insight into the Cashiers/Highlands/Sapphire/Lake Toxaway markets to share? 

I'm not sure I have full confidence in this property management company.
