A refi only moves part of the equity forward and usually produces a higher mortgage payment because the principal is larger, so the cash flow goes down too  Brother Joe…..I take the time and try to read your post as much as possible. :-) I follow your logic… I think.So a person will leave some of their equity in a property if they do a refi.

Even if you know the owner like a brother, you need to do your checks and balances.

You have no case.If the lien was bc seller has a brother on title who won't sign off then you're owed your EMD back.

Easy way to just be done with any mold issues on the walls.Our managers brother used to put up metal roofs and buildings. 

We don’t do overseas rental units but recently have traveled in those countries and my brother bought in Italy and my son is based in Sicily.
