Sort of like a fishing village, but great beaches, parks, etc.

What happened to the premise of teaching someone at a minimal cost on how to fish and once they learn to PAY IT FORWARD TO TEACH SOMEONE ELSE???

Maybe, but It is most likely just a fishing post from an inexperienced investor, to add to their list of deal suppliers.

It's like putting your hand in the ocean, taking a picture of the fish you caught, and asking the internet if it's good.

It always seemed like a huge headache and probably not meant for a little fish investor like myself. 

There is a lot to do, lake fishing, trout fishing in the river, kayaking, tubing the river in the summer, hiking, wineries, breweries, petting zoo, go carts; I could keep going...
