I’ll go first: Taxes - I am not a procrastinator but this is the one thing I despise doing - and I have a bookkeeper and a CPA doing my books and I still despise doing it.

@Connor Wohlenhaus I'd recommend looking up the terms and service you signed up for and see if you are even entitled to a refund. 

If you had also spend money on renovations and improvements while occupying those should have gone into service then as well. 

I recommend starting with reading books and listening to podcasts.
