Does GM or Ford ask if it is moral to sell vehicles vs swapping it up to bicycles?

I rode my bicycle throughout Queen Anne looking for opportunities.

Most just want to keep their kayaks and bicycles in there.

If this is the case, it could be a good idea to create a secured area that is dedicated to safely storing resident bicycles.

I have a shared garage I allow tenants to use for bicycles. 

He does all his real estate work himself, and only buys properties in a small area around his house so he can collect rent on his bicycle.

If its in a decent area and there are shops and entertainment nearby, having a few bicycles that people could rent out by the hour or daily could encourage people to drive less and make a happier community.

What happens is companies get 2 big for their pants ( hire national PM who source) or folks penny pinch their family money....I know for a fact, if someones family buys a bicycle for child, it may come with training wheels.... 

I commute from East Orlando on a bicycle, and Altamonte Springs is a little far from me.

I bicycle through there on the reg.
