It sounds like there isn’t any explicit prohibition against asking a mortgage applicant if they have done forbearance so I bet the overlays will account for it.Reminds me of when MLB did the “anonymous” testing on steroids...nothings ever anonymous and I don’t think this will be helpful to folks in the future, probably not a death sentence but....

This dog was insanely aggressive, and looked like it was on steroids, when we tried to pay them ($500) to get rid of it "sorry, we got it as an investment to breed it"-- who breeds an incredibly aggressive dog..... yeah.

@Nicky ReaderI don't know what exactly it is but when the tenant sent me the picture it looked like a mouse on steroids that bulked up in the gym to the size of a rabbit..so I am guessing it must be a bandicoot , definitely a rodent not mongoose.
