If so, you'll want liability coverage, which can only be provided by the owner's insurance policy.You want to be INSURED not just have in Interest (which only alerts you about policy changes).

I don’t know the guy and I almost feel sorry for him… Of course, if he is an imposter then I suppose the OP is on the hunt for frauds.I’ve never invested in a Syndication so my scam alert radar is not as sensitive as someone who has more experience in this method. 

I NEVER missed a note payment, tax payment or insurance.

I was unaware of the tax-paying requirement you mentioned for adverse possession.

This is due to bonus depreciation which allows taxpayers to deduct 100% of qualifying property costs in the first year, in addition to regular depreciation for new construction and improvement.

Maybe they are trying to annoy people with low rate mortgages on purpose to get them to refinance (conspiracy theory alert)?
