Buy the property, lease it up and refinance.One thing you’ll want to know about the credit facility is not necessarily the margin call parameters, which I wouldn’t be concerned with if there is a significant amount of equity in your investors securities securities portfolio, but what are the other terms?

To answer your question (that wasn’t actually aimed at me) my concerns are investing in an area that I’m completely new to and building an out of state team that will be effective. 

Hi Joy - Service animals can’t legally be restricted due to landscaping concerns, but you can include a note in your listing to inform guests, such as:"The front yard has decorative shells, and the backyard is turf.
