Hi Mark P,I posted an article here a month ago from the Canadian Real Estate Magazine titled, Investment strategy for Canada's Wealthy.  

Every year, we would go to the beach I would go through my usual routine of getting the real estate magazines from the corner machine and sort through them looking for something that I thought I might be able to buy.

With Jacksonville being one of the most productive real estate markets in the Nation right now, per Forbes Magazine, the area is being flooded with newcomers from out of state, anyone that's local or have firm boots on the ground will have an advantage to hook and acquire the deals.

Do I have any New Yorkers here who can offer a tip or two?

I also agree that good deals can be hard to find, but Kansas City remains one of the best markets for rental properties according to Forbes magazine.

The "High Times" magazine advertises some sort of "pre-scheduled" security on the radio, I don't know the name of it.

It seems like I read something every year about Colorado Springs being voted best place to live by some magazine.
