Lol, how ironic!

I thought how ironic the neighborhood is called Hunt (at least I think it is--maybe I had ventured into another area on Google drive), And my thoughts about how it looked was it looked like some place you could go pheasant hunting due to the lack of buildings , and the amount of open ground . 

Now I have to have a sitdown with this potential and try to iron it out in order to seal this deal!

I agree, and the ironic thing is this : the homeowners have less money, and less knowledge, than investors, but homeowners are the biggest clients and the lion's share of business for agents and brokers.
