Joined a local investment group and got tons of support How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Join local Facebook groups in surrounding markets, and you will get more insight into other investors' experiences. 

I haven't joined MAREI yet, but I've been to one of their meetings and found it useful.

That brings me to five, two great ways you can make lasting connections this year - Momentum 2025 cohort starts in February, this is an 8-week virtual summit with weekly meetings and what I'm most excited about is that when you get a ticket to Momentum, you'll have the opportunity to join small accountability groups with others from Momentum.

I am on pace to finish the course before the beginning of March and my short term goal is to join a brokerage firm before May.
