(I've heard stories about boondockers getting chased out of the walmart parking lots here, but not from any direct source.)  

It works in Arkansas; don't invest there unless it's around the Walmart HQ.

@David Braut the Harbour View/Belleville area of Suffolk is really growing and seeing a lot of development and in my opinion is a great area to flip as well as rent if you’re close to the Walmart up there because of the military base that’s across the street from it.

Maybe I can get a door greeter job at Wal-Mart?

Retried folks who want part time work but dont rely on RE to pay the bills its something to do kind of like being a walmart greeter.

All major stores like Costco, Walmart, Kroger, Dollar General, Dollar Tree, Lowe's, Home Depot, and Aldi are in a 2 to 3-mile radius.

You can't just go out and say you want to be a nurse you have to actually pay a college to get a degree 🤷‍♀️seems to me like it's common sense but unfortunately not for everybody.and lastly I guess sometimes people need many analogies but if you go to a convenience store versus going to Walmart we know it's going to be a lot more expensive at the convenience store because you're paying for convenience.

But if it at least has a Walmart and a handful of other national chains, then you might have a prayer.
