Could the yard use a trimming or the driveway use a pressure wash?

If you require trees trimmed or branches cut etc  I  think that would be an owner responsibility. so the every few months part makes me wonder.

New flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, light fixtures, trim, doors, etc.

I lined up all contractors that was needed, as well as doing all doors flooring concrete trim painting cabinets etc myself..

I will need to do some minor updates to the property (painting, updating bathroom tiling, updating trims, etc) in order to get the property rent ready. 

Complete renovation- flooring, bathroom, kitchen, some windows, trim, paint, etc...

Am I able to take the tree trimmings to another property that I have in the same city and put them on the street for pickup?

If so, do you want the opening drywall wrapped or woodwork trim?
