That’s a little south of Austin, Texas.Can somebody make any recommendations or point me in the right direction to find someone like this?

I just bought a SF rental from a wholesaler in Detroit (just north of Bagley and south of Ferndale) and have another on market deal under contract in the Morningside area.

I think there is something tonight at the great south bay brewery.

I have property in South Los Angeles, just outside of Inglewood. 

I don't know if South Carolina has those or not... but the rest of this explanation should still be valid.  

However, you should think hard about the relationships and agreements/contracts you have with these partners should things go south, as they very often do for new anybody-anythings.
