@Patrick Flanagan yes when I mention those cities, I'm really talking about the entire metropolitan area around those cities, and I'd actually steer clear of CBD in most instances.I'm not a fan of tertiary markets that aren't part of an MSA with at least 500-600k people, but definitely love the idea of getting good cash flow now and some nice upside as development comes your way.

seems the lower priced condo units are more affected due to the unstable economy as most of these are bought on bank loans. the higher end property market seems more liquid, mostly cash transactions. more of a struggle for us landlords to find tenants these days in the CBD since most employees in our market have the option to work remotely.
