Since Allentown has a mixture of oil, gas and baseboards, the onus of heating is on the tenant.

My strategy with the multifamily apartment (mixture of studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom) is going for the rental path, instead of the condo for-sale route.

This property is 2744 sq ft with a mixture of one efficiency (200 sq ft), two of 1 Bedroom (350 sq ft and 55 sq ft), and two of 3 bedroom (880 sq. ft) apartments. 

I think it had to do with it sounding like real guys like myself, who seem to be relatively younger like myself, and there is a mixture of humor among a wealth of really great information!

Has Owens corning insulation was added to the ceiling and a sound deafening highend cork floor to keep the place peaceful.

Once stocks become popular and liquid enough their correlation with each other really starts to steepen.I keep just enough reserves to cover worst-case scenarios with my RE holdings and they're held through a mixture of diversified assets. 

I think the sweet spot is 4-5 bedrooms, 3-4 bathrooms, a fabulous Master Sweet (since they are likely footing the bill), sleeps 12 - 20, tons of activities (installed a pool table, corn hole game, etc...), and in my location of AZ a pool. 

We have an interesting mixture of forces at play right now.

Curious as to how the BP Community would analyze this property mixture....We're looking at a single property (3 standard lots) with multiple income-oppurtunites on site that had previously been reserved for family/friends, so there is not much of rental history to relate.
